Our classes are based on reality in combat.  You will learn functional
techniques that can be used for sport or self defense situations.

Our philosophy is "Train Your Brain NOT Your Ego".  Students are
expected to work on all ranges of combat and not rely on just their
strengths.  The goal is to continually learn and progress.

Fight Team
Training
Boxing for MMA classes will include all aspects of stand up including, strategies
and concepts, clinch, footwork, and all striking related to stand up.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu will teach students all the positions, concepts, and
submissions needed for ground work.

 MMA classes will include teaching, active drills, and live sparring for all aspects of
Boxing, Kickboxing, clinch, take downs, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and full MMA style
training.

Fitness & Conditioning classes will improve on students strength, flexibility and
conditioning.   This class gives an MMA workout without contact/sparring.
